I would agree on the 'sleeping' part, "placid" might be good whereas 
"dozing" tends to give the wrong impression, in my opinion.


But I really like the idea of dreams and/or 'another plane of existance' 
since it ties in very nicely with the ideas of the cloud, which seems to 
be *the* new feature of Karmic.
