I uploaded a new version of Night Impression to the Wiki.

Some of the changes include:

Moving the scrollbar stepper back to the standard used by most themes
and darkening the bar. The murrine engine doesn't pre-light a dark bar
very well and I will submit a bug shortly. 

* Adjusted the "highlight_shade" property to provide a smooth transition
to tool bars. 

* Added custom theming to Firefox. 

* Added custom theming to evolution. 

The screen shots are from Karmic.
