[ubuntu-art] mailing list

Hi all,

Quite some time ago, I proposed the idea of having two mailing lists, one for 
all members to discuss various issues (ubuntu-art-discuss) and another, for 
people have have actively contributed something (or are in the process 
thereof).

I've received notice from the admins that they are ready to make this change. 
Basically, we will move the current list to ubuntu-art-discuss and then use 
this list as a moderated forum for people to get things done without the 
bother of the discussion.

This will happen in a few days time...I'll let the list know exactly when.
