Grab the modified copy I made from here;

http://home.heimic.net/~michaelf/temp/sources.list.txt

from cli do the following;

cd /etc/apt
sudo mv sources.list sources.list.old
sudo wget http://home.heimic.net/~michaelf/temp/sources.list.txt
sudo mv sources.list.txt sources.list

And then try the process again you were attempting when error happens.
