Hello all,

I have just added myself to the Australian LoCo team and made a few
significant changes on the AustralianTeam Wiki page.

In particular, I have added the User Groups section and I have created
the MeetingAgenda page.  The MeetingAgenda page has been created to
give some direction and purpose to the meetings held in ubuntu-au.

Let me know what you think of the changes..
