Create a custom shortcutkey

I cant find any button, or nor any ways to edit or add a custom shortcut
key.
I had set the 'Launch Music Player' to F10. Once i press F10, it prompt me,
Rhythmbox not found. But i want the F10 to launch XMMS layer.
