Hey you Sydney Ubunteros! Come along to SLUG this Friday we have an
excellent line up of talks.

There have been a few (non technical) people coming along wanting to
get Ubuntu installed on their machines for Work and Home - so It would
be cool seeing some of Ubuntu-au speaking the love at the next meeting

It's time for another spectacular SLUG meeting!

When:
Friday 27th of April 2007 - Starts at 6.30pm through to 9.30pm

Where:
Level 13, IBM Building, 601 Pacific Highway, St Leonards

We will have people stationed at the door of the building to greet and
let you into the building. Thanks to the fantastic people at IBM for
our great venue!

This month we decided we would do things a little differently: We've
cut down the time   of each talk from one hour to forty five minutes -
so we have more time to eat dinner, hang out and get to know each
other a bit better.

==General Talk - Martin Visser demoing OLPC ==
Martin was lucky enough to score one of the fantastic One Laptop Per
Child machines (www.laptop.org), so he is going to share with us his
experiences and knowledge with this exciting project.

==Technical Talk - Taryn East "Introduction to Ruby On Rails) ==
The lovely Taryn will give us the scoop on Ruby On Rails
(www.rubyonrails.org) and guide us through the land of web
development, on Rails!.

==SLUGlets (During the Technical Talk)==
Group discussion of the OLPC, Questions, answers and more.
