Switching mirror for Ubuntu downloads

Update:

I stuck with the recommendation outlined on the Ubuntu-au wiki page and
recommended by Dale and used http rather than ftp.  I gathered that the
entries prefixed by deb-src were to remain untouched.  Please confirm that.

Sources list has been updated and tested in Synaptic Package Manager and
seems to work fine.

BTW, Frode, nice picture on mouse-over of your name.
