We got one as local printer for one of our Directors at work. We've had 
a few print quality issues, to the point where we had to replace it. 
Black text quality was unacceptable. It was less than a month old! We 
put in a Dell in it's place and sent it for warranty repair. Haven't 
heard back yet.
