which firewall I should install in 6.06

Hi

Recently I have installed ubuntu 6.06 LTS.Then I installed fwbuilder but it
seems confusing.Any one please suggest me which firewall (should contain
HTTP proxy and content filtering) is best to act as a gateway for 15 windows
machines.please send me complete guide to setup firewall (GUI Based Only)
for the above requirement also.

By the way,I have installed this on a Intel mechine with two NIC
cards.Should I activate LAN routing between two cards for communicating with
each other.If yes,please tell me how.
