It means that I rang up and asked 'If in a few weeks time, on Thursday
at 8:30pm, 30 people rocked up wanting dinner, could you handle it?' and
they said 'yes, but keep us informed' It's the best I can do when I only
have a handful of tentative 'I'll be there's *hint hint*

I anticipate a good number of people are only going to want something
light, given there will be some sustainment available at the Open Day.
