dead keyboard blocks installation

After doing some research I found that a bug report has been submitted on
the non-functioning PS2 keyboard issue in the Feisty kernel.

USB keyboards are not affected.

Fixes are:

1.  Disable USB support for both mouse and keyboard in BIOS.
2.  Get a PS2 to USB adapter.
3.  acpi=off before booting

Try these one at a time.
