Vodafone Australia - Browser Advice

I've just been fighting a losing battle with VF for charging one of their
customers a lot of money by putting them onto an incorrect rate plan.
Customer hates us (motorola) because we can't do anything, and VF refuse to
admit incompetency and are telling him he needs to wear the huge bill.

I have good reason to hate VF. >(
