I have been unable to actively participate much lately due to other
commitments, however I have been trying to keep abreast of what is
happening within the loco & the wider Ubuntu Community. I believe that
Jared is the perfect candidate to fill this role with Melissa heading
overseas.

I have seen a lot of the truly awesome work Jared is doing both within
the AU Loco & throughout the wider Ubuntu Community. Jared's
contributions are far too numerous to list in this email, however his
awesome re-vamp/reorganisation of our Loco Wiki & his outstanding
organisation of the Ubuntu stand at the recent LCA2011 conference are
stand-outs for me personally.

A HUGE +1 from me for Jared! Keep up the great work mate :)
