Brainstorming ideas for Brisbane Ubuntu Festival - Input welcome from all Ubuntu-AU

On the day, I can bring 2 laptops if need be, both 15.4 inchers, but one
goes a bit iffy if you try and overload it (with games for example). That
same laptop doesn't have Ubuntu on it, but I can use it to run a quick
workshop on how to dual-boot Windows and Ubuntu.
