Congratulations Joel Pickett

I just wanted to write a quick email to congratulate Joel Pickett
(sagaci) on last night obtaining Ubuntu Membership. His achievements
with the enAU localisation and contributions to the loco were
recognised as being significant and sustained. It's always good to see
members of the loco being rewarded for their involvements in the loco
and other teams.
