Please backport pmount

There seems to be a bit of miscommunication going on:

  Then, Mike Basinger (Backports team member) said that he'd provide a
binary compile before breezy-backports comes up...
   I'm CC'ing MDZ into this discussion -- *How long [more] will it be before
breezy-backports*? Thanks!
