PyKDE, PyQt and SIP up-to-date (and in Hoary)

As I explained, backports are done via this chain:

breezy -> hoary
dapper -> breezy

So it means, new packages will hit dapper first, then they can go to
breezy.

John, before starting to work on those packages, please consult me
first.
