Distributing Java

It's not Java as in JDK, it's Java Runtime as in JRE...which is a real
big difference. 

It's just like mfc40.dll and VisualStudio C++...you're allowed to
redistribute mfc40.dll without any problems..but VisualStudio C++ will
be a problem ;)
