Due to compatibility reasons, we will not backport newer versions of
language stacks, including Java, Mono, Python, GCC, etc.

If there is a specific bug that affects you and is addressed in the new
release, I suggest filing a bug against the Ubuntu Mono package for a
dapper-updates fix.
