[Bug 57850] cacti

Public bug reported:

The version of cacti in Dapper is totally buggy; it corrupts its own
database settings and renders itself useless, due to a change in the
Debian package.

Cacti was patched to remedy this issue:

http://cacti.net/download_patches.php

The Edgy package source appears to include these patches, so it would be
nice to get a backport.
