[Bug 74502] php5-json

Public bug reported:

Some important packages - like SugarCRM - need a newer version of php
JSON to run, and Dapper seems like a good solid release to run them on.
Dapper has 1.1.0, Edgy has 1.2.1.

A backport would be much appreciated!
