[Bug 76369] zsh 4.3.x backport request

Public bug reported:

I would like to request that zsh be backported (from either edgy or
feisty) to dapper drake.

zsh is 4.2.x in dapper drake, and zsh-beta is 4.3.0.  Both edgy and
feisty have 4.3.2 as 'zsh'.  I would be happy to see feisty's zsh
backported to 'zsh-beta' on dapper drake, or just to 'zsh' if that's the
normal process.  Thank you.

I have attempted to use prevu to build it, and it appears to build and
create the package,  But, prevu seems to then fail building a zsh-dbg
package for unknown reasons.  I'm trying to investigate this now.
