Pull Backport: kino

James, please remove the backport of kino from the Breezy backports
repository. The Dapper package does not have tight enough dep checks to
detect the change in quicktime library locations.

Since the chances of convincing devs to make kino check the old location are
pretty slim, for now I request for the backport to be removed to prevent new
users from inadvertently being sucked into this problem. Hopefully a better
solution for current kino backport users to get a real fix will come along,
but let's stop the problem from getting worse right now...
