[Bug 53169] Tellico 1.1.6 needed for AMD64

Hi can you please update tellico in 64bit ubuntu as it won't open
catalogues which i made on old 32bit machine on dapper. so even though
my computer new and still using dapper a lot of stuff is older and i've
taken a functionality step back. tellico would be very useful please in
a more recent form. thanks a lot.
