Public bug reported:

This will have to be bumped in Edgy, (I'm sorry, but I'm not sure of all
the protocols I have to go through to do that), but the new bittorrents
seem much improved, including building with GTK instead of wxWidgets,
zeroconf support, threaded disk I/O, and most importantly, changing
options at run time for the console versions.  Seems like a very nice
thing to have.
