  * Bump version of libopenobex1-dev build dependency to 1.3-3 to get rid of
    the libusb dependency


The version bump was done to get rid of an erroneous dependency, which is not a terribly big point for Edgy... I will prepare a debdiff and also do a bit of testing with my phone.
