[Bug 108130] backport newer mythtv to reflect mysql changes/fixes

Public bug reported:

The feisty version of the mythtv package addresses many outstanding
MySQL issues with regard to authentication warnings and password
troubles.  In an effort to cover those users that are intending to run
dapper servers still (possibly with mythbackend on the server), it would
be good to backport the Feisty package
