[Bug 135240] Please backport missing eclipse 3.2 packages

Public bug reported:

Several packages of the Eclipse are still in version 3.1.x, even though eclipse itself is in 3.2.2 and 3.2.x versions are available in gutsy.
For exemple eclipse-nls and eclipse-*-nls, which contain up-to-date i18n data, can downloaded from the gutsy repository and installed as-is on feisty.
This should be considered for upcomming ubuntu releases too, because ubuntu always ships with lots of out-of-date eclipse packages.
