[Bug 79139] wesnoth 1.2

Public bug reported:

Edgy has an unstable version of wesnoth (1.1.8). For multiplayer purposes, shiny new features and overall stability, it would be nice to have the 1.2 version in edgy. 
It's present in feisty repo's and dependencies seem to be in edgy.
