[Bug 122861] Please backport python-zsi

Public bug reported:

The version of python-zsi in feisty is 1.7 which is from February 2005.
The ZSI website and all of their documentation online refers to the 2.0
release rather than 1.7 so it's hard to develop for.  Thanks in advance.
