[Bug 91189] Please backport Xorg ATI driver (xserver-xorg-video-ati)

Public bug reported:

The current version on this driver in Dapper has several 2D and 3D
rendering problems which are fixed or greatly improved in the newest
driver release (6.6.3 in Feisty).  These rendering errors include
problems with the default Ubuntulooks GTK+2 theme.

I have compiled the 6.6.3 drivers manually and they have fixed the
rendering issues for me, but it would be nice to have a proper fix
available for the community.  I don't have the know how to tackle this
my self but I will be happy to assist in any way possible in the
backport process.
