We can see here that the backport build only build one binary:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/enigma/1.00-1ubuntu1~edgy1
The same version in Feisty have all binaries package:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/enigma/1.00-1ubuntu1

I tried to build in an Edgy pbuilder, and it builds the three binary
packages.

Looks like a soyuz bug.
