[Bug 112456] Backport of spamassassin 3.2.0-ubuntu2

Public bug reported:

Spamassassin 3.2.0 is in the Gutsy repo (3.2.0-0ubuntu2).

All dependencies are in Feisty.  The upgrade documentation describes no
interface changes, so backport should have no impact on rdepends.  The
one trick is the switch from libmail-spf-query-perl to libmail-spf-perl.
Both are present in Feisty in sufficient version.  They are also
designed not to conflict with each other.
