[Bug 112463] Backport pyspf-2.0.3-0ubuntu1 from Feisty to Edgy and Dapper

Note: Take the one from Feisty, not Gutsy as there is some risk of
Python policy transition issues if you use the Gutsy version.

The only issue is it needs python-support 0.2 for Dapper (will look into
that and file another bug if that's doable).
