[Bug 115082] Please backport DOSemu 1.4.0

Public bug reported:

DOSEMU 1.4.0 is a major improvement over the 1.2.2 version currently in
Ubuntu. The RPM was recently released at www.dosemu.org, and it would be
very good to have a working version in Feisty. Thank you.
