[Bug 117763] Backport of spamassassin 3.2.0-2ubuntu1 from Gutsy to Feisty

Public bug reported:

Now that Debian has packaged spamassassin 3.2.0, it would be good to
backport their version.  It should be just as compatible as the initial
Ubuntu package and fixes quite a number of outstanding issues.  Here are
the new Debian changelog entries:

 spamassassin  (3.2.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Fix cron script to exit 0 if sa-update does not find new updates
