[Bug 163440] duplicity 0.4.3-4

Please backport duplicity from gutsy. The newer version includes a
number of relevant bugfixes, improved support for ftp and sftp and other
features. The source package from gutsy rebuilds and installs without
problems on edgy, so this would probably be easy. Thanks!
