[Bug 148493] Please backport newer sqlite3_3.4.2 (ok with prevu)

Public bug reported:

Please backport sqlite3 (v3.4.2) from Gutsy to Dapper.
(other tools require this more recent version, such as Tracker, so 3.3 from Feisty won't do)

I could do it within minutes using 
- the Gutsy sources https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/sqlite3 
- the prevu tool (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=268687&page=24)

a single change to be made to debian/control: replace ${binary:Version}
(unknown in Dapper) with ${Source-Version} (deprecated in gutsy)
