[Bug 149715] Please backport KompoZer 0.7.10

Version in Feisty:  None.
Current version: 0.7.10 - in Gutsy
Should build fine on dapper, edgy, and feisty without any additional work.
KompoZer is a continuation of the codebase for Nvu, which was no longer included in Ubuntu as of Feisty.  As it was the only real option for the particular userbase served, it would be very nice to have this included in Feisty for sure.  Consideration for Edgy and Dapper should also be given for purposes of large numbers of bug fixes and some additional features, although somewhat less urgent than a Feisty backport.
