[Bug 260236] [NEW] Please update libgems-ruby backport from Intrepid

Public bug reported:

The most recent version is 1.2.0 and it dramatically reduces memory
usage when performing gem updates.  The version from Intrepid seems to
work fine, as does the version from Debian sid.  This should be a quick
and easy update to the existing backport.
