[Bug 263004] [NEW] Sessions preferences help documentation is outdated

Public bug reported:

Pressing the Help button in Sessions Preferences (System --> Preferences
--> Session) opens up a help documentation that includes both false and
missing information. For example, it is stated that in the Sessions
Settings tab you can modify various things which, in reality, don't even
exist in Sessions Settings. Check for yourself. Furthermore, some things
are not explained at all, such as what the purpose of the State column
in Current Sessions tab is - other columns are explained.
