[Bug 181906] Please backport oprofile 0.9.3 to feisty

Public bug reported:

The source package from Gutsy builds cleanly in Feisty on my machine.
Can we have an official backport?

The main reason is that 0.9.3 can output to XML files, which is required
for using with IBM's visual performance analyzer to do profile analysis.
