[Bug 185071] Please backport GCstar 1.3.1 from Hardy to Feisty, Gutsy

Public bug reported:

The version of GCstar that is in the Feisty and Gutsy repositories is
very old.

The current version of the application, that exists in the Hardy
repository, has many new things compared to the Feisty/Gutsy one (new
translations, improved GUI, new collections available to manage, new
plugins). Thus, an update to the new version would be very useful for
all the users of this application.

I believe any package dependencies for it, are easily satisfied.
