(This is a bit off-topic). I'm only a user, not a maintainer or
developer, so I can't tell you if it will get backported (by the way,
backports would go into hardy-backports; the purpose of hardy-proposed
is to test releases that may be considered for hardy-updates). In my
opinion, there's not much chance of this getting solved in Hardy soon. I
recommend you keep Flash 9, configure PulseAudio correctly, and
configure Flash to use PulseAudio output. Part B of this guide will
