[Bug 250634] [NEW] Please upgrade backuppc (2.1.2-2ubuntu5) to feisty's backuppc (2.1.2-5ubuntu3)

2.1.2-5ubuntu3 has had 2.1.2pl2 applied to it.  2.1.2pl2 involves a
number of bug fixes including a file >8gb error that causes backups to
fail.
