requested that Bugzilla 3.0 be included in ubuntu and backported. It has
been included in Intrepid

Patrick Davies <https://bugs.launchpad.net/~jpds>, but it *has not* been
backported to Hardy.

Please backport the current version of bugzilla 3.0 from Intrepid to
Hardy.
