[Bug 244169] [NEW] Please backport beagle 0.3.7-2 to Hardy

The main issue is to get support for CHM file indexing.
Beagle is the only search tool offering support for these.
Apparently beagle 0.3.7-2 is synced in intrepid (see bug #243490).
