  * PEX (peer exchange) was recently implemented in rTorrent
  * rTorrent can now be controlled via XML-RPC over SCGI.
  * Added "close_on_ratio"
- * "max_uploads_global = value, max_downloads_global = value" doesn't seem to work (as expected) in Gutsy's rtorrent
