[Bug 200044] [NEW] MythTV 0.21 Suite backport

Public bug reported:

MythTV 0.21 was just released today.  The builds have been uploaded to
Hardy and we would like to have them backported from gutsy.  In order
for this to happen:

libnet-upnp-perl : needs to be brought back with it (new dependency)
mythtv : no changes necessary
mythplugins : no changes necessary
myththemes : no changes necessary

Please see the build logs that will follow for more information.
